Adding and taking away 9 from a 2 digit number.

How many of Mrs Hinsley's maths group can remind me of a quick way to add 9 and take away 9 from a number? I will be interested to see how many of you can comment explaining how to do it and maybe show some examples.

I can feel housepoints in the air for those who comment!!!!!!!
